Quality management
The main priority in our work is ensuring product quality. It is a priority both at all stages of cultivation in our fields and during procurement negotiations. Thanks to constant quality checks, we guarantee the high standards of our assortment.
Our own quality assurance program informs our selection of suppliers. We work closely with our partners across the country and conduct regular audits of their businesses and fields. Our experienced experts conduct product quality testing, evaluate raw materials and purchase them from the manufacturer. Each type of product undergoes thorough inspection several times: immediately after collection, during transportation and again when it reaches the warehouse in Ivano-Frankivsk.
Dried herbs and fruits are also analyzed by our quality control department for physical characteristics such as bulk density, loss on drying and oil content.
In the further process, we check the quality of raw materials from production to delivery – certified, reliable, transparent and traceable for our customers. We guarantee the traceability of the final product all the way back to the raw materials.
Sensory and analytical tests are carried out both in-house and by reputable external testing laboratories.
